What should you charge? Start with evidence.
Search 1,794 job titles mapped to 98 core occupations. See official employee-wage evidence separately from a clearly modeled freelance planning benchmark.
Calculate your benchmark →Why this calculator is different
Source first
Every result names the occupation source, vintage, unit, and mapping treatment.
One disclosed model
The employee-wage anchor and provisional ×1.75 planning coefficient remain separate and reproducible.
Honest gaps
Local Context Only and Local Unavailable records never become a hidden Certified Local Primary value.
How it works
- Search a job title; we match it to the closest core occupation in the current catalog.
- Select your country. A Certified Local Primary result leads only when a reviewed Direct or Strong mapping has a publishable official wage cell.
- Review the official statistic, modeled planning benchmark, source, mapping, and limitations.
- Use optional quote context and your personal minimum separately; neither changes the benchmark.
Country coverage
Seven countries currently have Certified Local occupational data: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Netherlands, Australia, Germany, and Sweden. The remaining 150 supported countries receive a clearly labeled U.S.-anchored international reference—not a claim of local wage data.
